What if....

Success Story - Claims Management!

One of our clients incurred damage on a shipment, and we filed a claim for over $34,000. The carrier, citing a limited liability clause, was willing to pay $1,250 to settle the claim.

Upon investigating the issue further, and reviewing United States Code Title 49, which governs claims liability, we found the carrier’s position to be outside of established laws governing claims. After a good deal of back and forth, they conceded and paid the claim in full.

For our client, the best part of the process is the last – closure, where you get a check, and the satisfaction of knowing you received every dollar obtainable.
