Phase I: We start by analyzing your transportation activity, which takes about two weeks.    

Phase II: We negotiate aggressive price and service packages on your behalf.  We don't own any planes, trucks or warehouses, so we can recommend providers that best suit your needs.  The choice of who to use is entirely up to you.

Phase III:  After we reduce your transportation expenses, we can improve your supply chain operations for long-term improvement.  We continue to work with you to increase efficiency, save costs and help provide a competitive advantage for your company.
