Kris comes to TOTALogistix from Texas Tech University, where he received his Masters in Computer Science.  Graduating with a 4.0, Kris represented the university in the prestigious ACM Annual Programming Contests, and now heads up our Information Systems Group.

As a full-time programmer for Texas Tech, Kris set up the inventory infrastructure for four departmental units, provided a university wide security template for internet based testing and implemented an information management system for several divisions of the university.  Kris is a certified Franklin Covey 7 Habits College Curriculum facilitator and has been through the 7 habits and the 4 roles of leadership workshops.

To Kris, IT is more about information than it is about technology.  While cost reduction has always been the driving force in logistics improvement, our clients are quickly realizing that information is just as important.  It’s Kris’ job to use technology to translate that data into meaningful, easy to use information. 

We’re trying to get him a hobby…but right now he’s all work.  We need a fourth for tennis…so maybe that’s it.
